①. Browse our website to find the vehicle you desire. If you cannot find the specific car you are looking for, please contact us directly; our customer service team can recommend vehicles that have not yet been listed online, tailored to your specific needs.
②. Submit an inquiry detailing the vehicle you want, your contact information, the destination country for shipment, and your preferred trade terms. We will then provide you with comprehensive details regarding the vehicle’s condition, along with videos, inspection reports, and a formal price quote. Once we reach an agreement, our customer service team will issue an official invoice. This invoice will contain all payment details, including information on both the buyer and seller, product specifications, trade terms, the destination country, our bank account details, accepted payment methods, and the estimated delivery timeline.
③. Take the invoice to your bank to initiate the payment. Please forward the international wire transfer receipt or the MT103 SWIFT message to us to ensure your purchase proceeds smoothly. As soon as we confirm that your payment is in transit, we will immediately reserve the vehicle exclusively for you.
④. Upon your request, we will conduct an in-depth inspection of your reserved vehicle, update the in-car system language (if applicable), and complete all necessary procedures for releasing the vehicle from our inventory.
⑤. You are required to settle the final balance before the vehicle is transported to the port. We will then apply for the necessary export license and arrange for shipping, or hand the vehicle over to your designated agent in China.
⑥. While the vehicle is in transit, we will provide you with real-time updates on its location. Additionally, upon your request, we will mail you the Bill of Lading and all other documents required for customs clearance.
⑦. Once the vehicle arrives at your destination port, please proceed to take delivery of the cargo. The actual delivery timeframe will depend on when the payment was processed and your final destination. Furthermore, at the destination port, you will be required to pay customs clearance fees to your customs broker, as well as applicable duties and taxes to the government. The specific amounts for these fees will vary depending on the vehicle’s make, model, year of manufacture, engine displacement, and dimensions. We also recommend that you contact a local customs broker in your country to obtain detailed information regarding customs clearance fees, import duties, and VAT charges.

In reality, the barriers to importing cars are not high; you simply need to find a reliable agent in your home country to handle customs clearance. Super Garage provides every service *except* for customs clearance, making it easy for even individual buyers to import a vehicle.

The used passenger vehicles we export comply with Chinese national standards and are eligible for registration and road use within China; they feature left-hand drive configurations. We are currently not exporting right-hand drive vehicles.
Regarding new vehicles, certain international models—such as the BYD Shark 6 pickup truck—are available with right-hand drive options.

Due to the lack of CE certification, used cars from China are currently not being exported to the European Union.

By navigating to “Find a Car” > “Used Cars,” you can access our filtering page. We have provided a comprehensive range of filter options, allowing you to search for the specific vehicle you need based on your personal preferences, budget, and the import regulations of your destination country.

We offer specialized vehicle sourcing, vehicle inspection, logistics cost inquiries, vehicle modification, car wash machine language configuration, and auto parts services. You can view detailed information via the “Services” section in the navigation menu, or contact our customer service team directly.

Generally, we can only reserve a vehicle for you while your international wire transfer is in transit. However, if you work with a Chinese agent, you may authorize them to make a payment to us in RMB; upon receipt of this payment, we will reserve the vehicle for you. Once your international transfer has successfully cleared, we will refund the RMB payment to your agent via the original payment method. Alternatively, you may opt for our exclusive vehicle sourcing service—ensuring you never miss out on the perfect car.

Once all trade terms (EXW/FCA/FOB/CFR/CIF), ports of shipment and destination, vehicle condition, pricing, and other details have been mutually agreed upon, we will issue you a formal invoice. This invoice will contain all payment-related details, including the terms of purchase, our designated bank account, payment conditions, payment methods, and more. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please present the invoice to your bank and proceed with the payment as instructed.
Additionally, please forward the wire transfer proof (specifically, the international payment slip or MT103 SWIFT message provided by your bank) to us; upon receipt of this proof, we will reserve the vehicle for you for as long as is feasible.

We accept payment via bank transfer (T/T); any fees incurred for international remittances must be borne by the buyer.
If paying by cash or via RMB transfer within China, an additional currency exchange fee will apply, as vehicle exports require settlement in foreign currency.
We currently do not accept payments made via Letter of Credit (L/C) or credit card.

We primarily accept payments in US Dollars; Euros (EUR) and offshore RMB (CNY) are also accepted. If you wish to conduct transactions in a currency other than the US Dollar, please contact us, and we will provide you with a specific response.

Our standard payment terms are a 30% upfront deposit followed by the remaining 70% balance paid prior to shipment. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will proceed with the necessary export formalities for the vehicle. You are required to settle the full outstanding balance before the vehicle arrives at the designated port or the location specified by your agent.

If you fail to pay the deposit in a timely manner, the vehicle will remain available for sale. Once we have received your proof of payment and confirmed that the funds are in transit, one of the following two scenarios will apply:
1. The vehicle has not yet been sold: We will reserve the vehicle exclusively for you and proceed with the necessary procedures for automobile export.
2. The vehicle has already been sold to another buyer: We can recommend other available vehicles of the same model and condition. You may choose to apply your deposit toward the purchase of one of these alternative vehicles or request a refund.
If you fail to pay the final balance in a timely manner, one of the following two scenarios will apply:
1. Under FCA/FOB terms: We will not release the vehicle to your designated agent in China. Even if the vehicle has already been physically delivered, we will withhold the documentation required for customs clearance. Any additional costs incurred as a result (such as dead freight charges, storage fees, demurrage, etc.) shall be borne by the Buyer.
2. Under CFR/CIF terms: We will not book shipping space on your behalf. Even if shipping space has already been booked, we will not proceed with the customs clearance process. Any additional costs incurred as a result (such as dead freight charges, storage fees, demurrage, etc.) shall be borne by the Buyer.
